Job Description

Responsibilities

Actively contact clients, pitch product and achieve sales targets
Identify potential clients and generate sales leads for our product.
Identify growth opportunities for your customer base
End-to-end sales process, from cold calling to ongoing account management
Attendance to regular team meetings, training and strategy sessions
Forecasting expected sales
Ensuring customer satisfaction levels are exceeded

Requirements

1-3 years experience in business development is essential.
Have experience in FMCG company or agency
Experience in Digital sales, Ad sales, Media sales , Hospitality would be beneficial.
Familiarity within the geography of Indonesia
Excellent speaking and written communication skills
Intelligent, enthusiastic and self-motivated individual
Prompt, intellectual and a go-getter
Articulate, organised, detail-oriented, tech savvy and has the ability to multi-task
Proven track record of achieving revenue targets
Able to handle pressure, self-motivator and be a go getter
Comfortable with ambiguity and unpredictable work hours
A great and effective communicator with the ability to sell a product / service effectively.
Highly sociable and able to make a connection with people.
Language fluency (English and your native mother tongue) will have an added advantage.
